The Constitution of Sandton Bible Church consists of three parts

Part 1 Incorporates the statutory aspects under which the Sandton Bible Church functions in relationship to society in general and the State of the Republic of South Africa in particular.

Part 2 Constitutes the statement of faith of the Sandton Bible Church to which all members subscribe and give assent.

Part 3 Embodies the internal rules governing the functioning of the Sandton Bible Church
